We supply the entire European region. Within Germany we deliver free of charge from a value of goods of 250,00 Euro. For orders of goods below this value we charge a shipping flat rate of 6.00 Euro. + What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for WEBAmold cups is one packaging unit.
+ What do you need from me so I can order?
For a proper order processing we need the invoice address and if different also your delivery address. For deliveries outside of Germany, your VAT number is relevant as well as the method of payment - i.e. the decision whether you prefer to transfer the amount in advance or charge it to your credit card.
+ Why should I request samples before the first order?
Since the filling volume varies depending on the product, we recommend that you request corresponding samples free of charge. This will enable you to test the cups according to your requirements. These include, for example, the volume, size and other technical properties such as the tamper-evident closure.
+ Can the WEBAmold cups be heated in the microwave?
All packaging cups within our WEBAmold area can be heated by microwave. At a temperature of up to 120°C your customer can directly heat the respective contents without additional decanting.
+ Are the packaging cups dishwasher safe?
Yes. All cups can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. So each cup can be used several times.
+ I want to freeze my product. Are the cups suitable for freezing?
Our standard range is suitable for temperatures down to 0°C. This means that these products are not suitable for permafrost, but can be stored and presented in the refrigerated shelf.
For the special case that you would like to freeze your product for a longer period of time, we offer you alternative materials for this. In this way you can freeze your product safely for a long time without the risk of splintering.

+ I want to personalize my mug. What are the options?
The two most commonly used options are as follows: You have the choice between a transparent or a white and therefore opaque label. Here again, you have many different options for placing and displaying your logo on the packaging cup.
In addition, there are other different label options for specific applications or "look and feel" variants.

+ How long are the delivery times?
We deliver standard goods within Germany in one to four working days. If we should not have an article in stock, we can order it for you from our supplier.
The procurement time is about 3 weeks. Delivery times within Europe vary slightly, but roughly speaking, you will receive your delivery between two and six working days.
For Customized cups, the delivery time after print approval is about eight to ten weeks with a built-in injection moulding tool.
For items for which the injection mould is not installed, delivery times must be specifically requested.
We can provide you with exact information on delivery times after consultation with the production company.
+ Are there other cup variants than those shown in the catalogue?
We are constantly expanding our product range, so that our product pallet is constantly being enlarged. In this way we always try to meet the wishes of our customers. This means for you that we are either already in the process of planning your desired cup or we are looking for a suitable solution together with you.

+ Which cup do you recommend for my product?
According to the motto "What does aipagga want?" our WEBAmold product management service team is at your side for exactly this question.
Since the choice of the cup depends on many different factors depends on the product itself, for example, it is not possible to give a general answer to this question.
But one thing is certain: Together we will find the right solution for you and your product.
+ Are the cups recyclable?
The cups are made of pure polypropylene and can be completely recycled. The end consumer can dispose of them via the yellow bag or via recycling centres.
The raw material can thus be used for further applications.
+ Can I colour my cup and the lids?
All WEBAmold cups and lids are available in all Pantone colours. The minimum order quantity of approx. 50.000 pieces depends on the desired colour and the respective article.
Standard colours such as black, white, blue or red are possible from 25.000 pieces, depending on the article.
