Office dog Tass gave his okay

The fact that Jennifer Seuthe from Cleebronn in the beautiful Zabergäu region is now working with us is ultimately due to our office dog Tass, a Galgo:

During the interview, personnel manager Michael Weber told me that Tass was responsible for personnel decisions. It was good that I had some treats in my pocket and the decision was made quickly :-)

With her own dog Lemmy, an English Staffordshire Bullterrier, the 34-year-old regularly powers herself out while jogging. Or when "playing sports" together with friends inside.

As a trained media designer, she had previously worked for 11 years in neighbouring Pleidelsheim in the packaging-oriented flexographic printing industry.

Curious as we are, we ask them: ... and - how was your first day with WEBER ...!

I was given a very warm welcome in the team and feel as if I have been with them forever. The positive image already conveyed by the WEBER homepage has been confirmed in all areas so far and runs like a red thread through the entire company. We live what we communicate ... great storytelling!

There's nothing left to close:

Welcome to the WEBER Team!

Fit for the change

New in the WEBER Team

Philipp Knödler has been working for us since the beginning of May in an office position in customer service.

Visibly trained, the 23-year-old jogger and fitness "freak" also got used to us very quickly. He says about his first days at his new job:

I immediately felt very welcome and well received. It feels like I've been here for a long time.

Besides sports, Philipp also loves travelling, photography and ... our coffee:

Alone because of the delicious coffee it was worthwhile to change here.

... he says and smiles.

Welcome to the WEBER Team!
