We offer you various types of film and advise you specifically for your optimal application.

For all common sealing devices, whether manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic, we have a wide range of suitable sealing films available. Here we offer you numerous variants of sealing film:

Whether as standard sealing film (for opening the film must be cut open), as peelable sealing film (can be easily removed by hand), or as sealing film with antifog effect (prevents fogging of the film), all films are available in different thicknesses and are suitable for all WEBAseal sealing trays made of the materials polyethylene (PE), amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (APET), crystalline polyethylene terephthalate (CPET) and expanded polystyrene (EPS).

In addition to our current offer, we will be happy to advise and inform you about other types of film. Furthermore, you can have all WEBAseal sealing films manufactured and printed according to your individual requirements. There are hardly any limits to your imagination.

This type of sealing film is particularly firmly attached to the sealing tray and is particularly suitable for pasteurisation and hot filling. It is available for all our trays. Attention: This film must be cut open and cannot be removed by hand.

WEBAseal Sealing film Peel can be easily removed by hand. The special coating enables the sealing tray to be opened very easily. This type of film is available for all our trays.

Sealing film Premium (Peelable)

Antifog sealing films prevent fogging even with temperature differences, so that no condensation water settles on the inside of the film. This sealing film is therefore transparent at all times and your product is clearly visible. Attention: This film must be cut open and cannot be removed by hand.

Our Premium sealing films offer you the optimum combination of peelability and antifog effect. With this film your product is visible at all times and can be opened easily.

Sealing film aluminium 

Sealing films made of aluminium offer you optimal insulation for our WEBAfilm EPS foam trays. Here the hot filled food stays warm for a particularly long time
