Transparent bags
Transparent bags made of HDPE, which are available in two different designs. As version without handle with star welding or as version with handle and flat welding.
The material
The production of the bags is carried out in an extrusion process. For this purpose, plastic granulate is heated and melted, which is then ejected under pressure through a ring nozzle. The resulting melting tube is inflated by means of air. This determines the width and thickness of the film. The resulting endless hose is then wound up accordingly to form a large roll. Afterwards, the corresponding packaging – punching, perforation, welding and folding using appropriate forming shoes – is carried out until the finished bag and roll product is produced.
By reusing the bags in the household with subsequent recycling, the plastic HDPE can be completely recycled.
Properties
Whether with or without handle: These bags help to transport fruit and vegetables safely. At the same time, the filled products are always visible.
The handleless bag with star seal makes it possible to pack and transport fruit and vegetables without pressure marks. The filled products are placed side by side and are therefore less susceptible to pressure marks. Due to its dimensions, it can be easily folded and knotted at the open end. It is therefore also easy to carry and wraps the filled products securely.
Bags per roll: 850 pieces | Tear resistance: well over 10 kgAlso available with your individual print image!
In comparison, the bag with handle has a flat welding of the bottom. The two handles of this version make filling and carrying the bags more comfortable. This type of bottom allows the products to meet each other so that they can be stacked.
Bag per roll: 600 pieces | Tear resistance: well over 5 kg
