The handleless bag with star seal makes it possible to pack and transport fruit and vegetables without pressure marks. The filled products are placed side by side and are therefore less susceptible to pressure marks. Due to its dimensions, it can be easily folded and knotted at the open end. It is therefore also easy to carry and wraps the filled products securely.

In comparison, the bag with handle has a flat welding of the bottom. The two handles of this version make filling and carrying the bags more comfortable. This type of bottom allows the products to meet each other so that they can be stacked.

Properties

The transparent bag in star seal has a high density and tear resistance. 

Due to its star seal, the handleless bag offers the possibility to pack and transport fruit and vegetables without pressure marks. The products filled in come to rest next to each other, and are thus less susceptible to pressure marks. 

The printed image 'I'm green!' provides the most important information about this bag. The roll of bags placed in the centre of the dispenser is clearly visible and communicates the properties of the bag in a direct way.

The material

The material mix of these bags is degradable and is composed as follows: 

• 60 percent PBAT based on fossil fuels

• 25 percent Corn starch

• 10 percent PLA/poly lactic acids

• 5 percent Additives

The 'OK compost HOME' label identifies products that are made of biodegradable materials and can also be composted in compost. (according to EU standard EN 13423)

Please send us your logo. We take care of the rest.

There is certainly no easier way to print your logo on a WEBApouch bag. We have chosen for you: The sugar cane based WEBApouch bag is the basis for your neutral motive with your logo.

After you have sent it to us in vectorized - a path based file format (ends on .eps) – we will start immediately. We create designs from which you can choose, adapt them again if necessary, and after your approval we create the print-ready data. We also take care of the further processing and make sure that you can use your WEBApouch bag in a quick and easy way.

The material

Unbleached kraft paper that creates a natural look. This is also supported by the imprint "Obst macht fit!

The bags are made of natural unbleached kraft paper, which is FSC/PEFEC certified. The kraft paper consists of 100 percent cellulose fibres to which starch, alum and glue are added. The kraft paper is characterised by high strength and load-bearing capacity, which however decreases as soon as the material comes into contact with moisture. 

Properties

The natural look and the well-tried shape of both designs make these paper bags a classic among fruit and vegetable bags. They are particularly suitable for short-term transport, as the material used means that the fruit or vegetables in them are no longer visible. Please note that this can lead to difficulties or greater effort, especially during the checkout process. 

Conical bags "Obst macht fit – Fruit makes you fit" are available in the following sizes:

Aluminium

This positioner consists of a base plate made of black plastic, into which the aluminium stand tube is inserted. These can be placed directly in the counter or screwed firmly into the base plate. Advantage: Light and inexpensive. Attention: The round aluminium tubes (ø 25 mm) prevent the complete presentation of filled baskets / boxes inside the counter.

STEEL

The powder-coated steel base plate is firmly welded to a slip-on cone made of flat steel. They provide for an almost complete presentation within your counter. The colour coating in RAL 7016 anthracite grey looks very elegant and timeless.

clampable stand

This clampable stand can be clamped directly to the front of the counter or on the counter side without the need for tools.

The maximum clamping range is 20 millimetres. In addition, this installation variant can be adapted to a wide range of inclinations by means of a grid adjustment when mounted laterally.

garbage bag holder

Here, the existing knot bags are used and the bag is clamped between two holding rings and then simply placed on the cone. Very easy to use without separate bag sizes for small waste or used gloves. 

Tray Mount

Plexiglas disc for easy presentation of tasting pieces. (as an extension of the bin liner holder)

Hook Clamp Ring

Clamping ring with attached hooks for mounting on the floor stand for attaching threaded fruit bags made of kraft paper.

Hooks

Hook for hanging the counter stand on counters with battens to prevent the holder from slipping off.

Connector

As an action essay with explanations regarding sustainable fruit and vegetable bags made of green PE. Can of course also be used as a placeholder for market offers and price campaigns.

glove dispenser
